i dislike my thighs a lot,
this isn’t about losing weight i just was skinny like thighs.
i don’t want to lose anymore weight of my body as i’m 17 and already have the body of a boy (hardly no boobs etc) so all i literally want to do is tone up my thighs without losing weight?
if so what can i do?|||If you’re overweight and you want to tone your thighs you can’t do that without losing weight. Adding muscle will just make them look bulkier – they won’t look toned with the weight there.
If you’re skinny, or healthy weight add on muscle and they will be toned. Do sprints and squats – the best thing you can do for them.
