Can someone please tell me how I can lose weight in my legs xC
+ I have Alli pills and weightloss pills i just got.|||Yoga|||Pills are not good for you. Exercise and healthy eating is what you should be doing. Anyways there is no way to target weight loss. It will come off when it wants to. I suggest walking 20 minutes a day, if you dont start losing weight from your legs first you will certainly start toning them up. I’ve been doing 20 minutes on the treadmill a day, starting my 6th week in a day – and my mother always comments on how my legs are looking good lol. I’m extremely over weight and lost 20 pounds in the first 4 weeks so lost some leg fat too, but if you’re not 250+ something you wont drop that much weight. Good luck and do this in a healthy way
